Internet connections are unreliable , so we've designed a system to gather information that can be downloaded to a central database after the user makes a connection.Multiple users contribute data to the central server, which provides a very detailed report of sub-transmission and distribution damage.
Individual cases of trouble can be sorted by scouted or unscouted, which keeps locations from being looked at more than once - And gives the manager a list of trouble which can be assigned to a construction crew. After repairs are complete, manager can easily remove the incident from the list.
Software is web based, so all local office updates automatically roll up to the main server, allowing a quick overview of storm progress and where to redirect your crews.
Details - Each pole location can have a detailed report of damage, type of construction, type of primary wire, transformers, terrain, voltage, type of crews (electric/contractor/tree) required, City, Address, directions, additional notes and the ability to attach pictures, documents or .pdf files to any pole. Details that help crews decide which material to bring to a jobsite. Information that can be permanently stored with the pole.
Assign it - Storm rooms are chaotic. White boards are filled with crew names, circuits and special equipment. Mistakes are made. Our click and assign system can assign one or multiple cases of trouble to a scout or construction crew.
Track it - Each scouted case of trouble is time stamped with who looked at the incident and the trouble can then be assigned to a line crew for repair. Completed work is easily removed from the list. This eliminates missing cases, sending scouts to same locations and knowing exactly what stage the repair is in.
Review - Trouble can be sorted by what needs scouted, scouted and ready for repair or what is currently being worked on. Trouble can also be sorted to show where major damage (broken poles, x-arms, wire down) on every pole location, by circuit or entire system.
Finish it - Select pole location(s) and click the complete button. One less pole. |
